AI promo video generator for Reels, TikTok and Shorts

Optimirox turns a description of your offer into a finished animated 9:16 video — no filming, no editing, no designer. The AI writes the storyboard and the post caption, you check every frame, and then you get an MP4 for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

How the AI makes a promo video

Describe the video in your own words — say, “a 30-second ad for our new autumn menu, cosy, for students” — and pick a style. If an important fact is missing (the price, the offer’s condition, the address), the AI asks up to four short questions with suggested answers. Then it writes a storyboard of 3–8 scenes — hook, list, price, stat, an end card with a call to action — and an Instagram caption.

Check every frame before it’s made

The storyboard opens in an editor that plays the video right in your browser. Edit any frame’s text by hand for free, reorder, lengthen or remove scenes, and switch the style, palette, music and voice. You can ask the AI to rewrite one frame: “make the hook funnier” or “the price is 30,000 now”. You only pay to render the video you decide to make.

30+ styles, music and voiceover

From Bauhaus, kinetic type and neon night to a chalkboard lesson, a watercolour sketchbook, synthwave outrun, a manga page, Memphis pop and a sticky-note wall — 30+ styles, each with its own palettes and music track, and more on the way. Any video can have a voiceover; the voice is recorded only when the video is made, so editing the text never pays for the voice twice.

From your description

Describe the video — what you sell, the offer, the mood — and pick a style. The AI asks for anything missing, then builds the video from scratch: the storyboard, the text, music and an optional voiceover. You can fix the text of any frame before rendering.

The finished video, and posting it

One to two minutes after you press “Make video”, you get a 1080×1920 MP4. It’s saved in the app and, if you signed in with Telegram, sent there with its caption. You post it yourself — to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or a Telegram channel. A finished video can be copied into a new draft, changed and made again.

What it costs

A video costs 8 credits for the storyboard and 12 for the render, plus 4 for a voiceover — 24 in all. Every plan makes them: Weekly ($8 a week, 120 credits), Standard ($27 a month, 500) and Pro ($57 a month, 1 500). Every button shows its price, and a step that fails gives its credits back.

Questions about this tool

Do I need to film or edit anything?
No. The video is built from animated scenes with text, graphics, music and an optional voiceover. No camera, no editing, no video editor.
Which languages can the video be in?
In 12: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Russian and Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) — the on-screen text and the voiceover alike.
How long is the video?
Usually about 20–30 seconds; a described video can run up to 60 seconds. The format is vertical 9:16, 1080×1920.
How much does a video cost?
A video is 20 credits, plus 4 for a voiceover. The cheapest way in is Weekly: $8 for 120 credits, enough for up to 5 videos with a voiceover; Reel breakdowns and scripts use the same credits. The AI review of your Instagram is free on every account.
Will the video get views?
There’s no guarantee. The AI helps you make a tidy video with a strong hook quickly, but reach also depends on your audience, timing and much more.

Describe your business once — OPTIMIROX writes the scenes, animates them and adds music and a voiceover: a short story with its own characters, or an explainer that sells. A tea house, a noodle bar, a bakery or a tutor: every Reel here is a real render, not a mock-up.
