Terms of service

Optimirox is operated by Mirox, Lda., a company registered in Portugal with NIPC 517994160, at Rua Poço do Moleiro 241, 6000-412 Castelo Branco, Portugal (“we”, “us”). Optimirox helps you research public Instagram Reels, write scripts and captions, make animated videos with AI and transcribe recordings. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: check every script, caption, translation and video before you publish it. We can’t promise that anything you make will get views, followers or sales.

Weekly costs $8 a week, Standard $27 a month and Pro $57 a month (€7, €23 and €47 in the EU and elsewhere; £6, £20 and £42 in the UK), taxes included. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe from the first day — there is no free trial — and your plan renews automatically at the end of each week or month until you cancel.

Each plan includes a credit allowance for the period: 120 credits a week on Weekly, 500 a month on Standard and 1 500 a month on Pro. Actions such as Reel research and AI videos spend credits, and the app shows the cost before you run them. The allowance resets with each renewal; unused credits don’t carry over, can’t be bought separately and have no cash value. If a step fails, its credits are given back.

You can switch plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for and then doesn’t renew. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the card for a while before the plan ends.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from a plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. To do so, email info@mirox.pt from your account’s address within those 14 days. If you started using the plan during that time, we may keep an amount in proportion to what was provided before you withdrew, and refund the rest within 14 days of your request.

Keep your login safe; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. You own what you upload and the scripts and videos you make, and you’re responsible for having the rights to publish them. Research works on public data and never needs anyone’s password. Don’t use Optimirox to break the law, infringe other people’s rights, harass anyone or overload the service — we may suspend accounts that do.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law. If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above and, for changes that matter to paying customers, tell you before they apply.
