Deleting your data

When you connect an Instagram or Telegram account to Social Studio, we store only what we need to publish on your behalf: the account's ID and handle, its profile name and follower count, and an encrypted access token. Here's how to delete that data.

Option 1 — Remove a connected account

To delete the data for a single Instagram or Telegram account:

  1. Sign in to Social Studio and open the Accounts screen.
  2. Find the account you want to remove.
  3. Click the remove (trash) button and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes that account's access token and profile data from our systems.

Option 2 — Delete your entire account

In the Accounts screen, open the “Delete account” section and confirm with your password. This permanently deletes your Social Studio account and everything tied to it: all connected Instagram and Telegram channels and their tokens, scheduled posts, and uploaded media. This cannot be undone.

Option 3 — Ask us to delete it

Prefer us to handle it? Email our team from the address on your account and we'll delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
